Fundraising for Connecticut Schools and Organizations

Is your school or organization in need of some cash for supplies?

Are the current fundraising activities of your school, PTO, PTA, or organization not enough to reach your goals?

I have the answer to your fundraising needs:

How it works:

1) Send me a referral of somebody who is buying or selling a home in Connecticut or ask the buyers and sellers to contact me;

• Send me your referral in an email to janetkalpin@kw.com. Include your school or organization's name, address, and phone number, and your name and contact information. Your organization needs to be a valid, legal organization.

2) Your referral needs to become my client (s), so that I can help him, her, or them buy and/or sell a home in Connecticut.

3) Once your referral closes on a home, I give your school or organization $300 within ten business day from the day of the real estate closing.

4) Since the $300 is per home closing, if your referral sells and buys a home with me, your school or organization gets the $300 twice! Just one referral could mean $600 for your school or organization.

5) The more referrals your organization sends me, the more money your organization makes once your referrals close on their homes.

6) Anybody can make a referral to help a school or organization; the school or organization do not need approval to get the $300. The school or organization receives the money with each referral that closes on a home.

2) The parents or members of your organization do not have to buy things they do not need to help the school or organization.

5) Your referrals receive full professional services from an experienced, knowledgeable, full-time Realtor®, and from Keller Williams Realty. Your referrals are on great hands.

6) The school or organization does not need to sponsor me or endorse me and fear that some of its parents or members who are Realtors® could get hurt or offended. Anybody can make a referral, and the school or organization can continue their existing relationships with its members and parents. This is really free money for the school or organization. It is a true win-win for everybody! All information and referrals received are kept confidential.
