I am a full time, experienced Realtor®, with vast education, licensed since 2004. I have the skills, education, and knowledge to handle complex transactions and/or difficult situations if needed. My solid experience and my vast education in Real Estate, Paralegal Studies, Computer Programmer training, and Bachelor Degree have prepared me to excel as a Realtor representing my Connecticut clients.

My expertise includes new construction, resale, residential, multi-family, condominium, land, and rentals.

Prepared real estate bank documents for a credit union and various banks;
Managed files to close in Connecticut and other states;
Approved HUD Settlement Statements or instructed settlement agents on needed changes;
Checked, QC, and handled files paying strong attention to details such as the contract, loan, appraisal, 1003 (Uniform Residential Loan Application), title commitment, power of attorney, closing conditions, fees, disbursement date, payoffs, state requirements, and riders;
Managed files to closed all over the United States;
Worked as a Paralegal working in Real Estate closings;
Cleared title issues and prepared title commitments;
Administered probate estates.

My education includes:

Paralegal Diploma - includes but not limited to Real Estate, Contracts, Businesses;
Bachelor in Science;
Computer Programmer Diploma;
Training to do Real Estate closings as a Paralegal at CATIC (CT's Attorney Title Insurance Company);
Continuing education training as a Paralegal on Real Estate transactions, Commercial Real Estate transactions, and title searching.

I protect you when there are errors that cost you money. Some examples of things I have fought for my clients include: contracts or addendums received with numerous errors which would have affected my client if not corrected, errors in the appraisal which affect the value of your home, errors in the HUD Settlement Statement made by attorneys and/or their paralegals which affect the amount of money you are paying at closing.
