Because I have vast experience and knowledge in all areas of the real estate transaction, and experience marketing a product. It is very important to have knowledge and understand the process. You need somebody that can do much more than open a door.

You should choose me because in the past, before I was a Realtor®, I was a home seller and a home buyer. I learned a lot from those experiences, and from the people who represented me. I learned what it really means to represent your client's best interest and most important, to listen to what the client wants!

My experience in the area of real estate includes:

• Preparing real estate bank documents for a credit union and various banks;
• Approving HUD Settlement Statements or instructing settlement agents on needed changes;
• Checked, QC, and handled files paying strong attention to details such as the contract, loan, appraisal, 1003 (Uniform Residential Loan Application), title commitment, power of attorney, closing conditions, fees, disbursement date, payoffs, state requirements, and riders;
• Clearing title issues;
• Managed files to closed all over the United States;
• Worked as a Paralegal working in Real Estate closings;
• Prepared title commitments;
• Followed bank instructions for real estate bank closings;
• Administered probate estates.

My experience also includes:

• Worked in a pharmaceutical for 10 years.
• Owned and managed a gift basket business.

My education includes:

• Paralegal Diploma;
• Bachelor in Science;
• Computer Programmer Diploma;
• Training to do Real Estate closings as a Paralegal at CATIC (CT's Attorney Title Insurance Company);
